It’s very Murakami… BTW did you know you can buy exclusive Takashi Murakami/ Marc Jacobs “Monogramouflage” bags- which are a light army green/gold/beige/brown metallic complete with LV logo- exclusively at the Brooklyn Museum.I was pleasantly surprised to see this mini-shop right in the heart of the exhibit - in between Superflat & the room of a billion flowers You can call it blatant consumerism. I call it genius from a merchandising standpoint. You should have seen the line. What a way to really bridge the divide between usual art critics. In a world where fashion is verging so hazily with art, its the artists who get both worlds who are shining through. http://www.newyorkology.com/archives/2008/03/brooklyn_museum_1.php LUIS VIUTTON Flagship, 5th Ave
